Hello everyone!!

Thank you all soooo much for all your attention and hard work! We've had some really awesome entries!!

Scarlett and I have decided to set the date for the END of the competition for NEXT MONDAY, so that would be Monday the 21st of July. That is the LAST CALL for anyone who wants to enter but hasn't got round to it.

We will be announcing the WINNERS the following SATURDAY (cos it's THAT HARD to choose!! )so the winners will be announced on Saturday the 26th of July.

Just to keep you all interested, we've decided to tell you a little bit more about the fanfic and the writing process!

The story is set during the time skip, so that we don't have to follow any major plot developments which we would have had to had we done it before or afterwards. We come in during the month between the second part and the third part of the chuunin exam, so you'd be able to choose who you would fight against (except Sakura cos Scarlett is already fighting her ), so we'll have a couple of chapters of training.
For your fight, you have pretty much complete control over what happens: what we'll do is you can write down what you want to happen (the jutsus you use, the hits you take and give, whether you win or not, etc...) and then Scarlett and I will edit it (if necessary) and write the scene. Most of the fights will take up a chapter unless they're over within seconds in which case I doubt we'll be able to fill in a whole chapter!!

The writing process: We have decided that, since we're all co-writers, we all have to have a part in the writing and conception of each and every chapter. SO what we're going to do is this: either Scarlett or I will write the chapter in question, then we send it to both of the other team-mates who will then read through it (editing it where necessary and leaving comments and constructive critisism) and then send it back to either Scarlett or me and we'll edit it again (if needed) and then both of us (and you if you have a fanfiction.net account!! ) will post it.

If you have any love interests then please let us know and we'll see what we can do! Remember, this is YOU so you can't make yourself super-uber confidant if you're not in real life. Please don't make it too implausible (like: you're only 15 and you're going out with some swedish super model. ¬____¬'' ).

Also, we haven't yet come up with a decent plot, so if you have any ideas for plots then we'd be super greatful!! and it could very well end up as the plot!! (even if you don't win!!)

If we use any of your ideas then we will give you appropriate credit, so don't worry!!
